Setting Parameters in the License File
The most common (and simplest) way to achieve this is to specify all startup parameters in your Gurobi license file (usually namedgurobi.lic, or specified via the environment variable
GRB_LICENSE_FILE). These parameters are taken into
account automatically whenever an environment is created.
