Startup parameters
The second category manages how you are going to use the solver. For example, you might want to solve all your models using a Gurobi Instant Cloud Manager, or a Gurobi Remote Service or use a Token Server, if you are using a floating license, or if you want to use Batch Optimization, etc.
In all these situations, you have to specify a set of parameters before you actually create the environment, and once the environment is set up, these parameters can not be modified again.
